Mark Friston, is a leading expert on the law of costs and the general editor of a notable textbook on the topic, namely, ‘Friston on Costs’ (Oxford University Press, 2018).

Whilst he grew up in and still live in the North West of England, he practises from Hailsham Chambers in London.
